Built from the ground up
Wurloo Active Recovery started with a simple observation - recovery options in the Redlands were either too expensive, too impersonal, or too far away to be consistent.
So we built something different. A private recovery studio purpose built in Redland Bay. Not a converted corner of a commercial gym. Not a spa. A dedicated space designed around one thing, giving everyday people access to proper recovery tools, consistently, without the noise.
The space is capped at 3 people per session, not because we can't fit more, but because more would change what it is. The standard matters. The calm matters. The experience matters.
What's in the room
Every tool selected for a reason. Everything included in your session. Nothing to add on.
Deep heat penetration for muscle recovery, stress reduction, and circulation support. A cornerstone of any serious recovery routine.
Cold water immersion for inflammation reduction, nervous system reset, and mental clarity. Optional - always available.
Sequential compression therapy for leg recovery, lymphatic support, and reducing soreness after training or long days on your feet.
Targeted muscle recovery and activation. Effective for injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance maintenance.
Full-body massage for relaxation, tension release, and nervous system downregulation. The ideal way to close out a session.
60 minutes. Your flow.
No fixed routine. No instructor. Move between tools based on what your body needs that day. Your first session gets a full walkthrough.
The space is yours for 60 minutes. No rush. No check in queue. No noise.
Move freely between sauna, ice, compression, EMS, and massage in any order that works for you.
Wipe down, reset equipment, leave it the way you found it. Every member does this.
You'll know it worked because you'll feel it. That's the point.
